We take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality Indian-Italian fusion cuisine and bakery products for every customer. As our items (including pizzas, pastas, and cakes) are made-to-order and highly perishable, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

1.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled as we begin preparation (including dough-stretching and fresh sauce simmering) immediately after confirmation.
  • For pre-orders or scheduled deliveries, cancellation requests made within 1 hour of placing the order may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting info@miressto.com.
  • Miressto reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
    • Product unavailability or quality concerns.
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
    • Payment authorization failure.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

1.2 Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our food and bakery products, refunds will be provided only in the following situations:
    • Incorrect item delivered.
    • Damaged or spoiled product (must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence).
    • Non-delivery due to Miressto’s error.
  • Refunds will not be issued for the following:
    • Late delivery due to uncontrollable factors (traffic, weather, or third-party delay).
    • Taste preferences or subjective quality opinions.
    • Orders where delivery was attempted but unsuccessful due to wrong address or recipient unavailability.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

1.3 Replacement & Rescheduling

  • Replacement: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement of the same product or an equivalent item of equal value, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling: Orders cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. In exceptional cases (e.g., severe weather or technical issues), Miressto may reschedule at its discretion.
